The Dew of Compassion is a Tear...
Just how beautiful these words are! I cant stop wondering at the depth such a short and precise sentence can convey....
What stark difference it is to SEE someones sadness vs FEEL the pain in your own heart! Humanity without compassion simply cannot survive. Compassion in itself is a blessed feeling. But compassion accompanied by tears is even more beautiful, as it is then that its felt from the depth of the heart!!
This brings me to think that not only compassion, but any feeling when felt from deep within your heart DOES bring tears to ones eyes!!
The tears of a new mum when she first holds her new born close to her heart. The tears of joy when we see our loved ones happy. The tears of pride all parents take in their kids. The tears of separation when children leave home for pusuing the obligations of life. The tears of faith when comforted by someone. The tears of gratitude and appreciation. The tears of serenity when loved by someone....
Just as the morning dew enhances the Beauty of nature, so do tears enhance the Depth of our feelings...
We are beautiful within, when we feel from the depth of our hearts!
